this year we spent christmas morning for the first time with just our little family. we have always lived away from both families so we always rotated staying at my parents in st. george and bronsons parents in kaysville for christmas. we weren't quite sure how we were going to like it. but it turned out fun. and relaxing.
sam was beyond excited. he was hilarious. i was nervous he was going to be disappointed since we only got one thing off this list. his list was hilarious. it was 100% toy story related. and everything on his list he already has some kind of version of it. so we tried to get him things he would like just as well and that were toy story related. i think we did good. he didn't mention anything on his list until about 2 days ago when we saw something at target.
henry wasnt too interesting in anything which im grateful for because we honestly only got him like one thing. ha. but then i was glad we only got him one thing because he could have cared less :)

We had Christmas on our own this year too. It's sad to be away from family, but it is nice and relaxing. We didn't buy anything for Julia either...I figure hold out on buying stuff as long as you can:) Your boys are so cute.

man it must have been a year to do christmas with just the 'little' families...cause we did to.
It was super weird, and fast, but nice. Not going to lie - can't wait to spend next christmas in St. George though!
