sams first baseball game

not gonna lie... i've been excited for this moment since sam was born. ha!  sam had his first baseball game!  we kind of missed the boat on T-ball with switching cities (kaysville to farmington) his age group plays coach pitch.

They had 2 practices before their first game.  I think Sam liked it.  But im not yet convinced he is going to be into it like i hoped :)

So far its been a better experience than soccer though.

sam had quite the fan club at the game.  My parents came up, vince and jill, and ron and shelly were all there to watch

i love the picture on the left.  looks like he was a big wad of gum in his mouth.  but really it was a big bite of a hotdog :)

he played catcher most of the game.  my dad was excited about that 

Sams friend gage is on the team with him.  He lives 2 houses down from us.  I think they are the 2 smallest kids on the team.  we were in such a hurry before the game that we forgot to eat dinner.  sam was starving half way through the game and wanted a hot dog so bad.  oops.

this kind of stuff makes me so excited that i have boys.
