here goes for another random post. i really should be getting something done during this little window i have each day where sam is at school and henry and will are both napping. but crap. ohwell.
we spent thanksgiving up here. we went to bronsons parents house. it was a small crowd. his cousin just got a dog and they brought it over. the kids played with it outside the whole time.
thursday was the craziest day ever. the wind storm was something i have never experience. its was crazy. thank goodness bronson was home that day or I would have been freaking. we didn't have much damage to our house. just a bunch of dings from all the debris flying at us. and our fence broke. this is a picture from our back yard at our neighbors fence. not having grass in our back yard made for lots of dirt flying a round and a really dirty house... especially the windows. ick.
the power was out from about 9am until 10pm. we decided around 5 that we should probably go stay at bronsons parents house so we didn't freeze during the night. so we packed up and headed over there. we got to hang out with his little dude. nash was born on 11.11.11. he is the tiniest thing ever. around 10 i got a text from my neighbor saying the power was back on so we headed back home.
sam and henry were over at bronsons parents the other morning while we had to run an errand and I came to get all the boys to take them home and found them like this. are you kidding me??!!
not sure who got a hold of henry.. (I'm guessing sam) they managed to even write "cat" on his back. and they were really proud of the necklaces they drew on themselves (and henry)
they were thrown straight in the tub when we got home. the water turned brown immediately and sam freaked and though henry pooped in it.
this picture made me laugh. notice that sam's "pecks" are circled. what in the world.
saturday we went to pay santa a visit and ride the on the hayride to see some reindeer and sheep. the kids also got their faces painted. it was freeeeezing!
the end.
i can't believe its already december 5th. I'm no where near done with my christmas shopping. why do i always wait until the last minute. i don't it every.single.year.
we did get our christmas cards done though. miracle. the first batch will be going out today. hooray!

I need to get my crap together and get my cards out...I have them all addressed, not to stuff them and actually get them in the mail - why is that always the hardest part?

haha!!! i laughed out loud with the marker incident. did you think to yourself, "how did i ever decide to have kids?!" or is that just me that thinks that? kids are fun. not sure what i would do without them- life would definitely be boring. :) good job getting your Christmas cards out. we still need to get fam pics. blah.

Oh my gosh!!! So did Nana know these little darlins' were doing this??? That is quite the art work on those boys!!! Good thing it wasn't permanant marker :) Wow, the fences look bad...so glad Bronson was home that day too...scary!!! I agree with Erica...we don't see enough pictures of you...I agree with the girls as well...you are beautiful!!! You'll be happy you include those pictures of you when you get old :) hahaha Love you all!!
This is hilarious Abby! I'm so glad you took pictures for the future. All of your boys are so adorable. You are one lucky momma! Hope you have a great Holiday Season. It was good to run into at IKEA.
